Accessibility statement.

Last updated 2026-05-05. We aim for WCAG 2.1 AA on this website and accessible service in person.

We aim for WCAG 2.1 AA on this website. We test as we ship and we're happy to fix what we miss — let us know.

What we already do

  • Skip-to-content link, semantic landmarks, focus-visible rings on every interactive element.
  • Animations respect prefers-reduced-motion at both the CSS and JS layers.
  • All form fields are labeled and link to inline errors via aria-describedby.
  • Live regions on status updates and copy buttons.
  • All meaningful images have alt text; decorative images are marked aria-hidden.
  • Touch targets meet the 44 × 44 px minimum.
  • Page contrast pairs are tested at WCAG AA on default theme combinations.

Service accessibility

  • Wheelchair-accessible entrance to our shop at 1126 Castlefield Ave, Unit 4, Toronto, ON M6B 1E8.
  • Mobility-friendly visit options: we can call ahead 30 min, work around in-home accessibility needs, and complete the visit upstairs if a basement is inaccessible.
  • Phone visits available where possible — we'll diagnose by video call to spare you a visit.
  • Polish-language service available on request.
