We size systems for the way Toronto homes actually behave — old plaster walls, retrofit insulation, basements that already feel like fridges. Our usual answer is a right-sized variable-speed condenser paired with a coil that fits your existing furnace plenum. Where the homeowner is already considering a heat pump, we'll often recommend that instead, and we'll say so plainly.

3. Install
Same-day install for most jobs. Two technicians, drop sheets, shoe covers, vacuum at the end.
Step 4
4. Commissioning
Refrigerant charge measured by superheat / subcool, not by gauges alone. We send you the numbers.
