Most homes don't need every IAQ accessory ever invented. We start with measurement: PM2.5, CO2, RH, and air-change rate. Then we recommend the smallest set of changes that moves the numbers. For some homes that's just a media filter and an HRV. For homes near High Park or the Gardiner, we'll add carbon stages and bypass humidification.

We bring a calibrated PM2.5/CO2 monitor on every IAQ assessment. No guessing.
Right-sized HRV/ERV
We size to ASHRAE 62.2; we don't oversize because the catalogue says so.
Honest UV recommendations
UV-C helps in some specific cases (coil mould, persistent odours) and is a waste in most. We'll say which yours is.
Whole-home humidification
Bypass and steam options. We tune RH to dew-point, not a fixed number.
