A good furnace install is mostly invisible work — venting that's actually pitched, gas line that's reamed and pressure-tested, condensate that drains cleanly, and ductwork transitions that don't whistle. We do the boring parts well so the loud parts never happen. For repairs, we diagnose before we quote: pressure, draft, flame signal, gas valve, board codes — written on the invoice.
AFUE 96 – 98%
We default to two-stage condensing units; modulating where ductwork supports it.
ECM blower
Variable-speed blowers run 30% quieter than PSC and pair with smart thermostats.
Pressure-tested gas
Every gas connection pressure-tested at 10 PSI, leak-checked with a digital sniffer.
Combustion tested
Stack temperature, draft, and CO logged at install — written copy goes in the binder.
Four steps. Same four every job.
Step 1
1. Heat-loss calc
Manual J for new installs. For replacements we cross-check it against your last winter's gas bills.
Step 2
2. Quote
Two-stage and modulating options, with payback math. We'll show you why a $700 upgrade saves $90/yr or doesn't.
Step 3
3. Install
Old unit out, new unit in, plenum transitions and intake/exhaust re-pitched. Single-day on most replacements.
Step 4
4. Commissioning
Combustion analysis logged, gas pressure verified, system handed off with the binder explained.
