A smart thermostat that's wired wrong is worse than no thermostat. We wire for the equipment you actually have (two-stage heat, dehumidify input, hybrid auxiliary), commission it correctly, and walk you through schedules. Where required, we add a common wire — properly run, not stolen from a fan terminal.

Step 4
4. Walkthrough
We sit with you for 15 minutes and make sure you can change a setpoint and a schedule.
